These photos were all taken in Santa Barbara, Honduras as locals freshly roasted coffee beans they had harvested from the mountain prior to the day we got to hike up and watch them roast the coffee. 

The family who lived on the mountain who was roasting the coffee let our group take pictures, videos, and even try roasting and grinding the coffee ourselves.
